Formed by the Tallulah and Chattooga rivers, Tugalo Lake is located on the South Carolina and Georgia border. On the South Carolina side of the lake you will find the Sumter National Forest; on the Georgia side is the Chattahoochee National Forest. The scenery, needless to say, is fantastic. Fishing is great on this lake. There are a variety of fish you can find, including largemouth bass, spotted and white bass, catfish, bream and walleye.
